I love our National Parks. There is so much beauty in the U.S. and it is so important to preserve that. They are a beautiful reminder that Earth is our home, and that we should honor the place we call home.

  9. I’m certainly glad that our predecessors set this land aside so it could be protected and used by many generations after. As Americans when we make a list of things we are proud of, our national park system should be close to the top. 🙂

  10. Faraday's Candle says:

Absolutely because it is Americas greatest idea! All the beautiful land would be destroyed if left to our own devises.

  24. What a delightful gallery! Every picture a winner but I really loved the one with the girls and their green hats! I am a huge fan of the NPS and am loathe to think of any legislation that would negatively impact their beauty. The parks are to be loved and preserved so that they can be experienced by many generations to come.

  25. Faraday's Candle says:

Lisa how nice of you to stop by.

Those were the National Park hats & some time back.

May the parks be preserved for generations to come.

Enjoy your voyage no matter the weather or where you are in the world.
